"I Can't Publish Website Changes"
If you are unable to publish your website's changes because the Publish button is grayed-out, then it may be due to your user account's access. Only the Owner and Admin user role can publish changes on a website; the Manager or Contributor user roles cannot publish. More information about the differences between user roles.
To publish website changes, your user role will need to be upgraded to the Admin role in your Marketing 360® account. You can follow these instructions to change a user's account access to the Admin role. Note: Only Admins and Owners can designate another user as an Admin. If you need to be upgraded to Admin access, please send these steps to an Owner or Admin on your account.
If you are unable to change your user role - or if you are unable to publish despite being an Admin or Owner on the account - please contact support@marketing360.com for assistance.
