CRM & Email Lists

To better serve contacts in the CRM through email, there are these groups sorted into lists. They can be seen from the Lists tab in the CRM.

All Contacts

This list contains all contacts in the CRM. It has no filters on it. This is the only default list that will not already be connected to an email list.

All Leads

This list contains all contacts in the CRM with the ‘Lead’ contact type. Connected to the All Leads email list.

All Subscribers

This list contains all contacts in the CRM who have said ‘Yes’ in the Agree to Subscribe CRM field. Connected to the All Subscribers email list.

All Customers

This list contains all contacts in the CRM with the ‘Customer’ contact type. Connected to the All Customers email list.

Get a Quote Options

If options were requested during the setup of the account, they will have their own CRM list. The lists are usually named after the option that the list is filtered for. These lists will not be connected to an email list by default.

Thank You and Review Request Journeys

A few Journeys are ready to welcome leads and mailing list subscribers and request reviews from customers. To see them, head to the Automation tab in the Email app of Marketing 360®.

All Leads

A thank you automated journey that will send to the All Leads CRM list. By default, the Lead type is assigned to contacts who fill out a Get A Quote Form. The email in this journey sends immediately. This journey will be turned on and ready to send after Onboarding is complete!

Who won’t receive this journey: The Lead type is not assigned to the Contact Form. This means people who submit the Contact Form will not receive the All Leads journey.

All Customers - Reviews

A review request automated journey that will send to the All Customers CRM list. This journey will send the first email a month after a contact has been given the Customer contact type in the CRM. There are follow-up emails if the recipients do not engage with the emails. This journey remains off until it is ready to be turned on.
