View Which Recipients Opened Your Emails
By visiting the Reporting dashboard for your email campaigns, you can see which contacts on your email list opened your emails.
When you open the Email app, a list of your recently sent campaign reports will show on your Overview page. Click on the name of the campaign you would like to view data for.

You will then see the reporting data for your campaign. You can select the links labeled Unique opens or opened so far to see which contacts on your email list opened your emails. A Unique open refers to each individual user who opened an email - if a user opens the email more than once, they will not be counted here.
