Viewing a Lead's Profile

Viewing a Lead's Profile

The Leads page displays all your leads in one place, but the rest of the lead's details can be found in their individual lead profile page.

From the Leads page, click on a lead’s name to view their full profile.

The lead profile is where you can view that lead's history with your business, and take quick actions like updating their profile or adding new history items, tasks, notes, or saving that lead as a Contact to move it to your CRM Contacts table.

Contact Info and Details

On the left-hand side of the Lead profile, you’ll see contact information such as their name, lead age, phone, email, organization, who they’re assigned to within your business, and more. These Contact Info and Details sections are standard and the fields within these sections cannot be added or removed. However, you can fully customize additional sections and Contact fields using the Contact settings page.

Lead Intake Information

The top of the Lead’s profile will show either their form submission or call details based on how the lead initially contacted your business.

Tasks

If you're assigning internal tasks with the CRM, anything assigned on behalf of this lead will be displayed here. This helps keep your team up to speed on the work that's been done.

Add a new task to a lead using the + Add Task link. Filter, search, or export tasks via the Tasks navigation bar. Delete or edit tasks using the overflow menu to the right of the task.

To mark a task as completed, click the checkmark to the right of the task. You can also de-select a checkmark to revert a completed task to an uncompleted state.

Red icons on a task will indicate that the task is flagged as Urgent.

You’ll see the task name, start/end date, and status within the Tasks table.

History

The History tab is where you will see recent History associated with that lead. This gives you a good idea of what actions have been taken for this contact by anyone within your business.

You can click + Add History to manually enter a new history note. You can edit or delete any history notes that you add manually, but any automated history notes cannot be edited or deleted.

Quick-Action Footer

At the bottom of every lead profile you will see a blue footer with call, text and email icons. Click these icons to quickly contact a lead. If an icon is grey-ed out and unclickable, that means you do not have the required contact information for that lead.

You can archive a lead or add the lead as a contact from the sticky footer as well.
