Using Your Archived Leads Table

Using Your Archived Leads Table

The Archived page in the CRM Leads Inbox is where you can store lead information for leads who are not quite ready to become customers. Archiving leads lets you retain lead information, while not overcrowding your Leads table with inactive leads.

You may restore an archived lead at any time to move them back to your main Leads table.

Archived leads table

Click on Archived on the left hand menu to view your archived leads. Filter your archived leads or search for an archived lead using the search bar.
