Troubleshooting Google Shopping Feed Not Displaying
When adding a Google Shopping Products Feed to your Shop, there may be a delay before the feed populates. Generally, the feed displays within 10 minutes after connecting it to your Shop.
However, less commonly, there is a longer delay, which can often last up to 5 hours before it syncs. If you have connected your Google Shopping Product Feed but it is not displaying after 5 hours, please submit an email to support@marketing360.com; our internal teams can troubleshoot your feed's connection.
