Troubleshooting Email Notifications from Woo360® Forms

Troubleshooting Email Notifications from Woo360® Forms

If you are not receiving the email notifications when a user submits a form on your Woo360® site, then you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot. How do I know which website platform my site is on?

Identify the form builder

See which form builder your site is using. If we built your site, your forms will either be built with Marketing 360® Forms or Gravity Forms.

Marketing 360® Forms

How Do I Know If My Site Is Using Marketing 360® Forms?

These forms will look just like the forms that are built in Forms in Marketing 360®. If you can't tell by looking at the form preview, the next easiest way to identify your form is to submit a test through the form on your website and then find it among the submissions in the Leads Inbox of your CRM.

Form notification settings

Confirm you have an email notification set up for your email in the identified Form's settings. Here's how to add notifications to your form.

Prevent notifications from going to spam

If your email address is already in place, check spam for the email notification. You can add the sending address, noreply@notifications.mymarketing360.com, to your contacts to prevent future notifications from going to spam. Here are instructions on how to add an email address to your Safe Senders List.

Gravity Forms

You can access your Gravity Forms from the backend of your site by clicking on the hexagon-shaped logo (see example below) from the left-hand menu.

  1. Ensure the email address you want to receive notifications at is in either the Send To, CC, or BCC line. You can add multiple addresses by separating them with a comma.
  2. Confirm the From Email matches your domain. For example, Marketing 360®'s domain email is support@marketing360.com. Having a domain email will help with deliverability.

  3. Ensure Mailgun settings are in place. You can access Mailgun settings through the Settings menu on the left. We recommend setting up your own Mailgun account for the best deliverability.

How to Set up a Personal Mailgun Account to Work With Woo360® and Your Domain Name

To test your form submissions go to Entries in Gravity Forms, select the checkbox found on the left of an entry, and from the Bulk Actions dropdown at the top of the page choose "Resend Notifications". For a live test, you could submit the form yourself from the front end of your site.

Prevent notifications from going to spam

If you are finding your form notifications in the spam folder of your email provider, follow this guide to help ensure your notifications go to your inbox:
Emails from Woo360 site are sending from “via mail.madwire.net” or are being marked as spam - Woo360

If you are still not receiving notifications from your forms after completing the steps above, please email support@marketing360.com.
