Top Rated Local® Profile Showing Reviews for the Wrong Business
Top Rated Local® aggregates your business' online reviews in one place. Top Rated Localƒ finds listings on third-party review websites by scanning the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) for links that contain review schema that displays your "star rating" directly in the search results.
If you find that the reviews for a different business are synced with your listing, then our Support Team can un-sync it for you.
To remove an incorrect Rating Source, please send an email to support@marketing360.com. Please include your Business Name, a link to your listing, and please denote which Rating Sources are incorrect. If our team verifies that the source is indeed incorrect, then they will block the source from re-attaching to your profile.
