Manage your CRM Contacts in the Marketing 360® Mobile App

The Marketing 360® Mobile App lets you add new contacts, view contact details, and accept payments from your contacts with just a couple taps. Learn how!

 

Add a new contact

  1. First, navigate to the Contacts page in the Marketing 360® Mobile App.

  2. To add a new contact, click on the + sign in  the top right corner.

  3. Enter the contact’s details, and then click Save.
    • In order to create a contact, you must have either a name, phone number, or email address.

View a Contact’s Details

  1. View a Contact’s details by finding them within the Contacts page and clicking on their name to enter their Contact profile.

    Tip: Click on the magnifying glass in the top left corner to search for a contact by their name, email, or phone number.  

  2. On their Contact profile, you can see key contact information such as their email, phone number, source and creation date. Use the Quick Action buttons to quickly call, text, email, or charge your contact.

    The call, text, and email quick-action buttons will use your mobile device’s default settings.

  3. To edit or delete a contact, click the pencil icon in the top right corner of their contact profile. Change the information you’d like to edit, then click Save. To delete a contact, click on the Delete Contact button .

Charge a contact

  1. Navigate to the contact you would like to charge. 
  2. Click on the Charge quick-action button. To charge a contact, you must have completed the process to setup Marketing 360 Payments.

  3. Select the type of payment you wish to collect (the available payment types will depend on whether the contact has an associated Payments customer profile.)

  4. Follow the instructions to complete the payment process.


Import contacts

  1. To import your phone contacts into the Marketing 360® Mobile App, first navigate to the Contacts page.

  2. Click on the overflow menu (three vertical dots) on the top right corner of the contacts page, then click Import Contacts.
     

    Note: This will import all your phone’s contacts.

  3. You will see a pop up asking for permissions to allow Marketing 360® to access to your phone’s contacts. Click OK.

  4. Then, the contact sync will automatically start.

Sort and Filter Contacts

Click the filter icon, then choose to sort or filter your contacts by the following criteria:  

 

Filter by: 

  • Assigned to
  • Source
  • Status

To add a filter, select the criteria you would like to filter by, then click Apply

To remove a filter, click the X by the filtered criteria, then click Apply.

Sort by:

  • A-Z (Last Name)
  • Z-A (Last Name)
  • Newest to Oldest Created
  • Oldest to Newest Created
  • Newest to Oldest Updated
  • Oldest to Newest Updated. 

To change your sorting preferences, select a new sorting option, then click Apply
