How to use the Brand Profile Smart Start URL Scraper

 

The Brand Profile Smart Start can help you complete your Brand Profile using a powerful URL scraper tool.

This tool can scrape any existing website for brand information such as images, logos, colors, fonts, and other company details, which can be imported directly into the Brand Profile.

How to use the Brand Profile Smart Start

 

1. Visit the Brand Profile “Getting Started” page. https://app.marketing360.com/brand-profile/getting-started
2. Click the “Get Started” button on the Smart Start banner.


3. Enter your business website URL, and click "Get Started". Note: Only one scrape can be in action at a time.

4. You will see a “Gathering Info” page while the scrape is being performed. Feel free to use other parts of M360 while the scrape is performed. When the scrape is done, you will see a notification in your Marketing 360 account header next to the AI Sparkle. Click on the notification to go to back to your scrape details page. 




5. Confirm your details. When the scrape is finished, you will see all your business details on the Confirm Details page. Choose what data you want to import into your Brand Profile by using the toggles on the right side.. 

Important: If your scrape pulled information for a field that already has been completed in your brand profile, you will see a warning that importing the new data will overwrite any existing data in that field. 

6.) Click the “Import and Edit” button once you have finished making your import selections. Remember that you can edit your Brand Profile information at any time!
