How to Share Access to Files
The Files app in Marketing 360® can safely and securely store important files in organized folders. Once your files are uploaded, you can also share your files directly with your customers, employees, or anyone else.
First, upload your file by clicking the Upload Files button in the top-right corner of the screen. In the modal window, select which folder you'd like to upload the file to, and drag your file to upload.
Once the file has uploaded, find it in the list and click the three-dot icon and select Make Public. A public file can be seen by other users, but they have to know the URL to view it.
Last, click the three-dot icon again and select Copy Shareable Link. This will copy a link to the file so you can easily paste it in an email, instant message, or anywhere else!
