Find Transactions Using the Payments Search Function in the Mobile App

The Marketing 360® Mobile App offers a Payments search tool to help you quickly find specific transactions. Easily look up past customers, invoices, or transactions that occurred on specific dates.

 

Search for Payments in the Mobile App

  1. To start your search, first visit the Payments section of the Marketing 360® Mobile App. 
  2. Use the navigation bar to navigate to the type of transactions you would like to search (One-Times, Subscriptions, or Invoices). 
  3. Click on the "magnifying glass" icon on the top left-hand corner.

  4. Enter your search query in the "search" field. For example, the name of a customer, the payment amount, the created date, an invoice number, and more.
    Tip: You do not need to select a suggested search type to use the search feature. You may enter a search directly into the search field without selecting a suggested search type.

  5. When you have entered your search query, click on “Search (search query)” to start your search. 

    Any matching transactions will appear, and you may click into a specific transaction to view its details. 

    To start a new search, simply click on the "search" field, and enter your new search query.
