Change a Page's Background
You can set a unique background for any page on your site. You can choose a solid color, a gradient, or an image to use as your page's background. If you would like to set the same background for every page on your site, then you can visit the Sitewide Background settings.
You can style a page's background design by opening that page's Design settings:
- Select the Pages tab at the top of the Websites app, and click on the title of the page you'd like to edit.
- Click Design the page at the top of the page.
- The Design panel will open. On the right-hand sidebar, under the Page tab, scroll down to the bottom and click on the Background button.
- The Background settings will open on the right-hand sidebar. You can choose a solid color, a gradient, a pre-set pattern, or upload an image. You can adjust the position of the background element relative to the page, and choose the scroll setting (fixed, scrolling with page, or a parallax scroll). When finished editing, click Save.
Tip: To delete a background image, hover your cursor over the image in the sidebar. A "trash can" icon will appear; click the "trash can" icon, and an option to upload a new image will appear in its place.
