You can generate professional branded text for your business using the Text Generator tool in your Brand Profile. This tool utilizes AI to pull information from your Brand profile and create on-brand text for your business.

Generate new text

To begin generating text:

1. Navigate to your Brand Profile by opening the App Bar menu in the top-left corner of your Marketing 360® dashboard, and select Brand from the drop down menu.
2. Select Overview on the left-hand sidebar to edit your brand details.
3. The text generator tool is available on any text field that has the "AI" icon in the top-right corner. Click on that icon to open the text generator. NOTE: This will overwrite any previous text in the field. To edit a specific section of text, highlight the text you'd like to edit before clicking the "AI" icon. See how here. 
   
   
4. A pop-up box will appear with a prompt. Type your answer to the prompt in the field and then click Generate. Example: For the prompt "Provide a few unique selling points for your business", you can enter a few products or services you offer, separated by commas.
   
   
   
5. The generator will take a few seconds to generate the text content. When it is generated, you can choose to either lengthen, shorten, or rewrite the text, or click the refresh icon to resubmit the initial prompt.
   
   
   If multiple versions of the text have been created, then you can use the arrows at the bottom of the window to switch between each version.
   
   
6. Once you confirm which generated text you would like to use, click Use Text.
   NOTE: This will overwrite any previous text in the Brand Value Proposition or Brand Information fields (depending on which one you’re creating) - unless you are editing a specific highlighted portion of your existing text.

Edit a section of text

1. Highlight the text you want to edit in the Brand Value Proposition or Brand Information field. Then click the AI Sparkle.
   
   
2. Your highlighted text will appear in the text box. Click on “lengthen”, “shorten” or “rewrite” to modify your text.
   
   
   
3. Click ‘Use Text” to replace your selected text with the new text. (this will only overwrite the text that was initially highlighted).
   
   
   
4. The original highlighted text will be replaced with new text.
