Brand Profile Overview

The Brand Profile is where you can store important brand assets and details. We strongly recommend completing your Brand Profile so that your internal and external marketing team can reference your brand details. By storing your brand’s details in one place, you can help ensure consistency across all of your marketing channels.

Your Brand Profile is comprised of seven pages:

 

 

Navigating to your Brand Profile

You can access your brand profile in one of two ways: 

  1. Selecting it from the list of apps on your main Marketing 360 Dashboard. 
  2. Clicking the dashboard drop down on your header and selecting Brand Profile

 

Getting Started

When you visit your Brand Profile, you’ll land on the Getting Started page. Here is where you can see all the sections of your Brand profile, their completion rate, and their update history. Click into each section of your Brand Profile by clicking the Manage button on each section.

Note: As you make changes to your Brand Profile, be sure to click Save to confirm your updates as you go.

Brand Overview

The Brand Overview page is where you enter brand information such as your brand value proposition, brand voice and year established.

This is also where you can view what Locations are associated with your Marketing 360® account. Click Manage In Settings to change your location details. 

Below are some helpful tips for filling out the Brand Overview section. Need extra assistance filling out your Brand Overview? You can use the AI Text Generator tool.

 

Brand Voice

Enter adjectives that describe your brand’s voice. Type in your adjectives, then click enter to save it as a tag. Some examples of brand voice include:

  • Positive
  • Inspiring
  • Strong
  • Sweet
  • Elegant 
  • Intellectual
  • Bold
  • Authoritative
  • Informative
  • Witty
  • Clever
  • Playful

Brand Assets

The Assets page is where you can upload logos, choose colors, and select fonts to use in your brand’s content. Note: the fonts and colors you select in your Brand Profile will automatically sync with the Forms app, so any new forms you create will automatically pull in your fonts and colors.

 

Logos

Upload up to 5 logos on the Brand profile page. You can upload different versions of your logo including your main logo, icon, favicon and more.

Colors

Click on the + box to select a color, or on an existing color tile to modify a color. You may search a color by its HEX code, or select a color you like from the color selector. When you have selected your desired color, click Save. 

 

You may add multiple colors as needed by following the same process. 

 

Brand Fonts

Next, select the fonts you want to use in your brand’s content. 

Starting with the Heading Style, select the font you would like to use. You may scroll to see a list of the available fonts, or search fonts by name. Once you have selected a font, another + sign will appear. Click on that + sign to choose whether you want your header font to be bold, or regular.

Follow the same process to select your sub-header style, and paragraph style.

Brand Images

You can upload up to 12 images that represent your organization or industry. You can upload any image with the file type of JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. Each image can be a maximum file size of 30MB.

 

Objectives

The Objectives page is where you can set your goals and define your marketing objectives. You can choose one or more of the following objectives. Make sure to choose the objectives that matter most to your business:

  • Customer / Lead Acquisition
  • Ads Objectives
  • Purchases Online
  • Store Visits
  • Brand Awareness

Here is an example of a completed Objectives page for a company focused on online purchases and customer/lead acquisition.

 

Platform Profiles

The Platform profiles page is where you can keep track of the profiles you use for your brand. 

  1. To add a new profile, click the +Profile button.

  2. Using the dropdown, select the Profile you wish to save. 
  3. Enter in that profile’s URL on the Platform URL box. 
  4. Click Save to save your changes.

Target Market

The Target Market page of your Brand Profile is where you can store key details about your business’s target market. This page is composed of three sections: Target Market Regions, Target Customers and Competitors.

Target Market Regions

  1. Click + Add a Location to add a Target Market Region. 
  2. Choose whether to add a Regional target market (State or Country) or Local target market (Postal Code or City, State) using the tabs at the top. 



  3. Enter your Location Set Name, then enter your target market details. 
  4. If you are adding an excluded market, toggle on the "Add as excluded region" toggle to exclude the area you have entered. 
  5. For example, let’s say you own a Winter Sports business, and want to create a target market for your ski lessons that you offer in Keystone, Colorado. You can create a Target Market named “Ski Lessons in Keystone”, enter a zip code, and set your radius to 20 miles to account for those interested in Ski lessons near that area. When you have entered your Target Market Region information, click Save

You may add up to 15 Locations.

 

Target Customers

Here is where you can save demographic information about your target customers. 

  1. Click on + Add Customer Profile
  2. Enter your Profile Name. In this example, let’s make a Customer Profile for those interested in Beginner Ski Lessons, so we’ll name this profile “Beginner Ski Lessons.” 
  3. Then, enter your Demographic Age. You may select as many age ranges as you like. 
  4. Then, you can select your target gender. 
  5. When you have finished, click Save

Competitors

Here is where you can list your top competitors of your business.

  1. Click on + Add Competitor
  2. Enter your Competitor’s information like their business name, social links, and a brief description. 
  3. When you have finished, click Save

You may add up to 5 competitors.

 

Products & Services

The Products & Services page is where you can store key details about what your business offers. 

To Add a new Product or Service, click the + Product / Service button.

Enter the product or service title, and a description.

To save your changes, click Save

Use the + Product / Service button to continue adding products and services to your Brand Profile. 

You may also enter your Key Value Proposition (KVP) on this page. Your KVP should include what makes you different from your competitors, and any aspects of your business that makes you unique!

You can also click the AI "sparkle" icon to use the Text Generator to create descriptions for your products and services using AI.
