Add a Size Chart to Your Store
Adding a size chart to your store can help reduce the number of returns you receive and give your customers a better online shopping experience. Learn how to add a size chart to your online store’s products.
Download the Size Chart & Product Option Descriptions App
- Find the Size Chart & Product Option Descriptions App in the App Market by selecting on Apps > App Market on the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard.

- Purchase the app using the card you have on file under My Profile > App Market Billing. If you have not entered a payment method here, you will be prompted to do so before you are able to download the app.
- You may manage your app subscriptions at any time by visiting Apps > My Apps. Here is where you can Uninstall apps, get help, or report a concern.
Add a new Size Chart
- On the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard, select Catalog > Size Chart & Product Option Descriptions.

Click “Add New Popup”.

In the Product Option Title box, enter the Product Option that you would like to append your Size Chart to. You may add a product option by clicking into a product, selecting Option, and + Add New Option button.

In our example, we entered “Size Chart 1” as the Product Option Text.
Then, enter the Link text you would like to use for your Size Chart. This is the text that users will see when they are looking at your products.

- Lastly, add your Popup content. You may use the built-in editor to create a size chart, or upload an image of your size chart by following the instructions below. Once you have finished adding your size chart, click Save.
Upload a size chart image to your store
To upload and host your size chart on your Shop App store, you will need to take the following steps:
- First, add a product by selecting on Catalog > Products > Add New Product on the left-hand sidebar of your Shop dashboard.
- Then, upload your size chart image.

- On the right hand side under Pricing, make sure you have ‘Product availability” disabled. This will prevent your size chart from showing up as a product in your store.

- Then go back to your main Products page, and do an export of the product you created by selecting it, then clicking on Export Products > Export Selected.

Then, click on your export CSV, and copy your size chart URL. The URL will end with .jpg. See the highlighted example below:

Then, go back to the size chart you are creating by clicking on Catalog > Size Chart & Product Option Descriptions > Actions > Edit.
- Click the image icon, enter your URL in the Source field, and click Ok:

- Then, click the blue Save button to save your changes.
