Add a Picktime Booking Button to Websites 360®

You can integrate a booking button from Picktime on your Websites 360®, which will appear on every page on your website.

You can integrate your button using the steps below.

 

Set up the integration in your Picktime dashboard

  1. Select Apps & Integrations on the left-hand side of your Picktime dashboard.

  2. Select Booking Button.

  3. Choose where on your website you'd like the floating button to appear.

  4. Select booking page overlays on top of the website.

  5. Copy the HTML code that is provided and save it to your clipboard. You will need it for the next section.

Add the embed code to your website

Log in to your Websites 360® dashboard:

  1. Select the Pages tab at the top of your Websites app.
  2. On the right-hand sidebar, under Global Content, click on Footer.

  3. Select the (+) button at the bottom of the page.


  4. Select HTML from the menu that appears.

  5. A HTML Block will be created. Paste the Picktime embed code in the first empty line in the large text area, next to the number 1.
  6. Click Save on the HTML Block, then PUBLISH your website.

 

Sync your Picktime leads with your CRM

Once the Picktime booking button is live on your website, you will want to make sure that any visitor that completes the booking is added to your CRM. To do this, you will need to sync your Picktime email notifications to the CRM. Follow these steps to set up custom CRM fields to collect your leads.
