Add a Form to a Website Page
You can add a form to a page on your Websites 360® site without needing to copy and paste any embed codes. To add a form to your website, you will add a "Form" content block to a page.
There are two main steps to this process:
Create your form
Before you add a form to your website, it will need to be built in a form builder platform. You have two options:
-
Build a form using the Marketing 360® Forms app. Any Marketing 360® Forms will populate to the Form content block automatically.
- Build a form using third-party platforms Wufoo or Formstack, then add the Wufoo or Formstack apps in your Settings > Apps dashboard. Once the app is connected, then it will populate to the Form content block. Note: If you are using a third-party form builder that is not available as an App, then you can embed it using an HTML Block.
Add the "Form" content block
Once the form is built, you will create a Form content block on a page:
- Select the Pages tab at the top of your Websites app.
- Select the page you want to embed the custom HTML.
- Select the (+) button at the bottom of the page or in between the content blocks, where you'd like to add the Form block.

- Select Form from the menu that appears.

- A Form content block will appear. Select the Form Source drop down menu, and select either Marketing 360® Forms, or select +Add third-party form to navigate to the Settings > Apps page to connect a Wufoo or Formstack form.
Optional: Add a Title or Description to appear alongside the form (for example, instructions for users on how to fill out the form).

-
Once the Form Source is selected, open the Form drop down menu to choose which form to use.

The form will populate on the page. You can click Design this page at the top of the page to preview how it will look on the page. Click Publish to confirm the changes on your site.
